Company formation cost reduced

Recently government of Bangladesh has reduced formation fee for companies. From now on, companies will not have to pay any govt. fees for companies with capital up to 2 million Taka. In process Schedule 2 of Companies Act has been replaced with new Schedule 2. Govt. has recently published a gazette.
